Goofy and the Regulars stamt af uit The Mission Blues band, een band die op verschillende grote (Europese) festivals heeft gespeeld. Hoewel de roots van de band in de blues ligt, is Goofy and the Regulars' werk erg gevarieerd. "We spelen een interessante mix van blues, rock, funk en pop", zegt zanger Ruud Junggeburth.
